压力食者

我又开始无节制地进食了。每次有压力的时候,我的脑子都会转压力为食欲。周末我顶着寒风去市场买了一大堆奶酪、蛋糕、肉、以及其他食物。从周末开始我就不停地轮番向自己轰炸食物。那是一种开心的感觉。但是我很容易发胖,所以还是要注意。

今天我想好好休息一天,明天开始我就会安排时间,做该做的事情。这样就不会想着吃东西了。
