生吃鲱鱼(herring)


荷兰人都有很好的皮肤,很细嫩。我想除了基因之外,荷兰的饮食也是很重要的一个原因。荷兰饮食中特别养护皮肤的就是生吃鲱鱼(herring)。鲱鱼含有极高的omega-3和维生素D,不但有益于皮肤,也有益于心血管以及强壮骨头。荷兰传统的吃饭就是将生鲱鱼与生洋葱块一起咽下。食物在没有经过高温处理的情况下,营养价值最高。

我最近如果去超市都会买2条鲱鱼回家。鲱鱼中所含的鱼油也有助于我的皮肤抵抗寒冬的冷冽以及暖气的熏烤。
