学会放松


压力会让全身各部分出现丑化,包括脱发、皱纹、指甲不健康等。因此,要护肤美容,除了要关注用什么霜,更重要的是要修身养性,去除压力。我们都有自己减压的方法,但比较有效的一般是运动、吃(健康)、和睡觉。除了这些之外,我打算今年某个时候去试试瑜伽,我也会试着打坐默观。
