左右转换呼吸助放松


Viva Woman那里看到这招左右呼吸转换法,对放松和减肥据说很有好处。
  1. 按住鼻子两侧;
  2. 放开一边,吸气;
  3. 转换到另一边,呼气,然后在吸气;
  4. 换到另一边,呼气、吸气;
  5. 大约十次转换
  6. 每天做两次

我觉得做完之后,我更有精神了,大脑也平衡了很多。
