补C喝苹果汁


记得小时候电视广告说C的时候,总是柳丁、橙汁一类的。不过最近看电视才知道,原来橙汁的C并不是很健康,因为橙子里面的糖分还是很高的,热量也很高。电视推荐说,要补健康的C,还是要喝苹果汁。

其实补C最有效的是西红柿,但西红柿汁很不好吃。作为每日饮品的话,我还是推荐苹果汁。
