睡觉要关灯


Viva Woman那里得知,我们体内有一种叫褪黑激素(Melatonin)的物质,它们在黑暗中比较活跃,能调节皮肤的新陈代谢,抵消紫外线在日光下所造成的伤害,同时还控制体内的雌性激素,达到激素平衡。记得小时候妈妈常说,不能开窗对着月光睡觉,因为月光也会把脸晒黑。其实这种朴质的说法很符合科学道理。在光线下,这些褪黑激素无法发挥其最大功效。因此,晚上睡觉的时候,大家关上所有灯源(包括电脑),拉紧窗帘,在睡眠中养颜。
