板栗季节好补肾

第一次赶秋收还是在办公室周围。附近的板栗树果实全都掉在地上,绿绿毛毛的很可爱,但是很刺。在同事的带领下,我们一起去捡板栗。要用脚先把外面的刺壳踩开,然后里面的板栗就露出来了,咖啡色的、很光滑。

我稍微查阅了一下,板栗补肾补齐,尤其是生吃的时候。每天早上一两枚,要一直咀嚼。但是生板栗很涩。我还是将板栗用水给煮了,有大有点,真好吃。一边享受,一边想着气色会变好。不知不觉吃了一大堆。但其实板栗里面的淀粉含量很高,吃多了也容易堵气。还是要适可而止。
