小心睡出皱纹


TIA网站上的一篇文章提醒我,晚上要注意保持睡姿。侧睡的话,会给两颊和眼部增加皱纹;俯睡的话,会给额头增加皱纹。最好的方法就是要平躺着睡觉。不要因为睡觉而睡出了皱纹。

总结一些睡觉的事:

  1. 睡觉要关灯,这样皮肤可以自我更新、美白;
  2. 睡觉要仰睡,平躺;
  3. 睡觉要满每日8-10小时;
  4. 床单枕套要勤清洗
